Experience the finest goat cheese, carefully aged for a year to captivate your senses. The cheese is cut into pieces and layered in jars with capers, sun-dried tomatoes, black pepper, and rosemary. Each jar is then filled with the highest quality cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil, infusing every bite with rich Mediterranean flavors.

We densely pack the jars with cheese, adding olive oil only to fill the remaining spaces. The oil used is 100% pure, cold-pressed, and extra virgin, with no blends or compromises – an authentic quality we take pride in.
