Made exclusively from pasteurized goat’s milk, these cheeses offer a richness of flavor that pairs perfectly with a variety of gourmet combinations.
Hot paprika cheese
The hot paprika cheese delivers an intense aroma and a pleasant, lasting spiciness that captivates the palate. We recommend pairing it with rich red wines, such as Merlot or Cabernet Sauvignon, which balance its piquant notes.
Black pepper cheese
